Vi er gift — we are married.

On a cold snowy day in January, we tied the knot at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia, PA surrounded by friends and family.

We’ve been friends since August of 2018, when we first met through work, and started dating in September of 2022. Ryan proposed at Longwood Gardens in September of 2024. Brett and team at Martelli Photography set us up with a holiday engagement shoot and will have amazing photos of the big day ready in a month or so.

After a beautiful ceremony in the Fels Planetarium, cocktail hour wrapped through the Wonderous Space and Body Odyssey (home of the famous Giant Heart) exhibits. With a signature cocktail of Jameson, ginger ale, and edible glitter, we had a lovely reception and damn fun party in Franklin Hall.

While we are waiting for our official photos, we wanted to share some snapshots from the big day!

While no cats allowed at the museum, Pepper and Anise still managed to attend on our cake from Whipped Bakery.
If you’re going to have a founding father at your wedding, it’s good to have the guy who knew how to party!
